Performance Management
We can provide advice on how to measure difficult areas such as quality, then how to manage the human aspects of achieving performance against targets.
The way in which we might help you
Alternative good practice methods exist for both measurement and motivating performance. All methods need refreshing every five years as people find ways of getting around existing systems and they lose their effectiveness.
For your particular problem areas we can identify alternative performance measures. We can interview staff to assess how to motivate achievement.
Benefit
Fresh ideas to encourage productivity and alignment of staff to achieve the goals of the organisation.
Cost
Supervision of your staff by the relevant University expert at cost of employment/hour. It may be possible to supplement this by free research time by a student, if time of year coincides with student availability as part of their studies.
