Attendance one afternoon and evening a week at Portsmouth with a group of other senior managers provides the opportunity to learn, share and discuss on this prestigious programme. This is supported by a week's residential each year, learning through consultancy in local companies, electronic access to the extensive library and a personal tutor.

Our expertise in this area

We have 120 lecturers in the Business School, including 9 Professors. This enables depth of expertise to be available for whatever challenge and when delegates need advice. An example of one of the leaders of this programme is Alan Gilbert, who has a psychology background and is remembered by many past students for the expertise and personal support that was provided for them.
