Dr. Linda Carter is a Business School expert in personal development and leadership. Her background is as a psychologist and she has extensive consulting experience with a range of organisations.
Our track record of success
Cognis Chemicals had a retiring director who needed to pass on his experience to staff for them to grow into his leadership role. The University developed a knowledge framework for this project which included not only the director's experience but that allowed development of a range of employees with different roles and at different levels of seniority.
