Our expert in this area

Gary Rees is our expert in training of change management. He is Director of our HR programmes, for which we receive Centre of Excellence status by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. Dr David Hathorn teaches change management to our Strategic Quality Management postgraduates.

Our track record of success

Amicus wished to obtain evidence of which strategies were most effective in reducing bullying at work. The University conducted careful research to protect the confidentiality of participants. The outcome was action packs, training materials and dissemination.
