The way in which we might help you

Provide a post graduate apprenticeship for a qualified expert in their mid 20s seeking a real challenge. They would for example: Understand the views of the chief executive, staff, customers and competitors, agree the business benefits that are expected, research alternative change methods with evidence for you to select the most appropriate, prepare a business case, design and deliver the change method as a pilot, evaluate feedback then roll it out across the company.

Cost

50% of the full cost of employment, plus 50% of the cost of four hours/week supervision by a relevant change management expert. Balance funded by UK government.

Our expert in this area

Dr. David Hall is the Business School expert in performance management and change. His background is in process manufacturing in small and international companies. He has since consulted in service sector organisations as well as manufacturing.

Our track record of success

Hampshire Constabulary merged separate units during 2005 and needed to handle the change issues that resulted. Theoretical good practice frameworks from the Business School enabled recommendations for improved management of the change.
