Our track record of success
Clients include The Work Foundation, NHS Trusts, UNISON, Amicus and smaller unions, as well as local councils and the private sector. Research topics have included stress, bullying and harassment, communication strategy appraisal, local residents' opinion surveys and service performance measurement as judged by customers. For example Amicus wished to obtain evidence of which strategies were most effective in reducing bullying at work. The University conducted careful research to protect the confidentiality of participants. The outcome was action packs, training materials and dissemination.
