International Repatriation Advice

We can increase the motivation of your staff to support your change programme. Our particular expertise is where the change is international and expatriates are involved.

The way in which we might help you

Listen to your chief executive on the context of the change programme. Interview a selection of staff on where they see the company going, how they fit in and what are the disconnects at present that prevent them being as productive as they would wish. A draft of the findings and recommendations would be presented for a sanity check, then a presentation given to the executive board with findings and alternative recommendations from which they can choose.

Benefit

Enable you to understand current blockages to your change programme and present appropriate leading edge solutions from which you can choose.

Cost

Cost of employment/hour for the relevant expert.
