Communications Advice

MORI polls provide data on general public perceptions of public services. However specific projects may require local market research that we can reliably conduct for you. From the results, we can share latest good practice in:

1. Marketing communications to help develop effective product and service propostitions.
2. Corporate reputation through corporate branding and corporate communication.

The way in which we might help you:

Listen to your executives on the context and goals. Interview a selection of staff on current communication methods used with the relevant public. Design and conduct innovative methods to reliably identify current public opinion and the forms of communication that are influential with them. Share new good practice relevant to the results received to enhance your communication strategy.

Benefit:

Increasing local democracy through encouraging greater involvement in decision making.

Cost:

Cost of employment/hour for the relevant expert.
