Crisis Preparation

A plan can last only five minutes in a crisis and thereafter the reputation and recovery of an organisation relies on the resourcefulness of its staff. Simulation of a crisis in a safe environment prepares staff and reduces shock of a real crisis occurs, as well as effectively testing your crisis planning. Our particular expertise is designing and facilitating such simulations in order to advise and prepare you.

The way in which we might help you:

We analyse your existing crisis plans to find potential weaknesses. We then design a suitable simulation of a crisis and run it for 30 minutes in your organisation to test your staff responses. Lessons learned are captured in improved crisis planning but more importantly in staff resilience.

Benefit:

Potential loss reduction, protecting the security and reputation of your organisation and the potential to negotiate reduced imsurance premiums.

Cost:
