Business Development

 The way in which we might help you:

Provide a qualified strategy postgraduate (Associate) who would, for example: Identify a business strategy for development and growth. This will be based upon an in depth understanding of your current and potential market, combined with an analysis of your unique resources and distinctive capabilities. Then design and develop a specific new product/service project for identified markets/customer groups. He/she would conduct a pilot project for prelaunch testing, then assist with full commercialisation.

Embedding strategic knowledge in the company, leading to increased revenue growth and/or improved processes and efficiency gains, and a plan for further development with evidence.

Cost

50% of the full cost of employment of the Associate, plus 50% of the cost of weekly supervision by one of our strategy experts supported by relevant specialists at different stages of the project. Balance funded by UK government using the KTP scheme.

David has 16 years industrial experience, encompassing international marketing, operations, strategic management, and consultancy. His lecturing is mainly in the area of Strategic Management.
