Profile
The role of the Third Stream Implementation Manager is to help develop and grow significantly the volume and quality of third stream funding activity carried out within the University. The post leads and manages projects associated with third stream funding. This role is also involved with ensuring that the University is suitably positioned to grow this activity and make sure internal policies and procedures are aligned.
The Third Stream Implementation Manager is also the main contact for all Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF) activities.
Resume
Sarah has undertaken a variety of roles in the University since joining in 1996. Originally employed as a Personnel Manager with a key responsibility for implementing the Compel personnel information system, she then spent a few years as a Faculty Manager before joining R&KTS. A geography graduate, Sarah also has professional qualifications in Personnel Management and an MBA. This background gives her valuable experience in knowing how the University works and for identifying and implementing improvements. Prior to coming to the University she worked in local authorities and the NHS.
