Profile

For over twelve years Paola has been working in the field of economic development and business support, specialising in support for creative industries.   Currently she is Director of CIBAS and has been since its inception in January 2006.  Paola?s previous experience includes working for Creative Industry Development Agencies, Investment Agencies, Higher Education institutions and local authorities.

Paola ran her own creative consultancy delivering projects to assist creative businesses internationalise their enterprise and delivering support to national agencies including the DCMS, British Council and UKTI, to assist the creative sectors to explore new markets.

Her attitude to creative business advice is to support, listen and encourage.  She has been successful in her field because she invests time in understanding what the individual?s needs and concerns are and how best to assist them in developing a programme to meet those needs.
