Profile

Peter studied for a degree in Communications Systems Engineering with the University of Portsmouth graduating in 2003.  Upon graduation he was employed by UPSU Trading to help the University's Students' Union's trading wing to improve and increase its business efficiency.  In that role he moved from a current operational role into business development helping to reestablish the organisation's catering and hospitality portfiolio.

After establishing a profitable business turnover of around £500,000 per year he joined the main University where he is applying his business organisation, data management and marketing skills to assist the Research and Knowledge Transfer Services team.

Peter contributes to the growth of the University's research and knowledge transfer income. Leading the management and development of the department's data including the R&KTS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Peter also works in collaboration with the Marketing Department to oversee the development of the University's research and knowledge transfer web presence and broader promotion of the department's and University's research and knowledge transfer work.
