I have been an academic member of the University since August 2004, following completion of postgraduate education in Physiology at University College London. My past work experience as a clinical physiologist role. My specialist areas fall in neuroscience, cardiovascular and respiratory physiology. Past and current research has been applied to a number of physiological systems, primarily in the field of neurophysiology/neuroscience. My current research includes; sensori-motor integration during movement, reorganisation of the central nervous system following injury, sleep disorders and most recently the use of respiratory muscle training as an invention in obstructive respiratory disease processes.
