The year 2015 will be the 800th anniversary of the signing of the Magna Carta. This is regarded as being the foundation of the Rule of Law – but what use is the Rule of Law if there is no Access to Justice. Andrew Caplen was born, brought up and has spent almost all of his working life in Hampshire. He is currently the President of the Law Society of England and Wales. He will be speaking and answering questions on this important subject.
