Biography

Claire worked on regional papers as a news reporter, features writer, sports reporter, sub and arts correspondent. In that time she covered a wide range of events and personalities, from the Princess Diana funeral to interviewing Johnny Marr. Claire has taught popular music and media studies for a number of years. She is experienced in event management and public relations - running a number of events in and around Portsmouth including recently working for the team delivering Victorious Festival. Her specialist interests include the music industry, technology, popular culture and sport.
