The Building Regulations in 2013: Change and change again!

This course examines the operation of the building regulations in practice, offers guidance on working with them, examines recent changes and considers the new provisions for 2013.

Understanding and working with the Building Regulations are essential for the success of all development projects but even the most experienced practitioners find it frustrating and confusing and need to keep pace with the frequent changes. This course addresses that by explaining how the Regulations operate in practice and provides a detailed look at the recent changes to the Regulations and associated Approved Documents. It will also give you the opportunity to discuss the application of the regulations with a practising building control surveyor.

• the 2013 amendments to the Regulations
• changes in the Approved Documents

• possible future changes
