CPD Courses for Surveyors and other Property Professionals

About us

We offer courses to meet the needs of all professionals and practitioners with an involvement in property and the built environment. Primarily of interest to surveyors, our courses also attract architects, builders, engineers, housing manager and planners.

The programme comprises 30 short courses each year details of which are published in two brochures distributed in August for the Autumn/Winter season and January for the Spring/Summer season. The courses are held in the conference facilities of hotels chosen to be convenient to delegates in our catchment area which extends to parts of Greater London, as far north as Oxfordshire, as far east as Kent and as far west as Dorset.

We also offer more extended courses when there are opportunities to do so, and we can provide training for specific qualifications, such as the RSPH Certificate in Asbestos Inspection Procedures, when there is sufficient demand.
