CPD Courses for Surveyors and other Property Professionals

Background

The University of Portsmouth has been offering a programme of short course for property professionals for more than 25 years. We began doing so in collaboration with the Wessex Branch of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors but soon moved on to offering them independently but in association with our provision of accredited degree courses in estate management, property development and quantity surveying. That continues to the present day and our programme is now an important element of the partnership agreement with the RICS that underpins our two accredited undergraduate degrees, the BSc Hons Property Development and the BSc Hons Property Development with Quantity Surveying, and our three accredited postgraduate degrees, the MSc in Coastal and Marine Resource Management, the MSc in Historic Building Conservation and the MSc in Property Development.
