Pricing policy

Our price structure continues to be based on the recovery of our direct costs and the provision of CPD courses is part of the University’s ongoing partnership agreement with the RICS, which allows us to offer accredited undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses. It is not a commercial business. In both those respects we are fundamentally different from most other providers and we believe we offer excellent value for money for the quality we offer.

We are pleased that we are able to continue to offer a discount for multiple bookings so that delegates booking 3 or more 3-hour courses pay £75 for each course rather than £90.00. APC candidates may book all courses excluding day workshops for only £60.00. We can, of course, also arrange group bookings and in-house training and, with regard to these, you should contact us directly.
