Staff and speakers

The programme is administered by Chris Tonkin and directed by Bernard Webster. Chris is highly experienced and has now been involved in the development and operation of the CPD programme at the University for 20 years. Bernard has been involved in the education of surveyors since 1970, originally as a lecturer in Town Planning and his career at the University has included a range of management roles including Head of School and Dean of Faculty.

The majority of our speakers are well-established specialists from private practice and the public sector and the remainder are lecturers from the University and other Higher Education Institutions with specialist practice as well as academic experience. All have proven ability to present to a professional audience and we are systematic in the use of feedback to ensure that both content and presentation meet the needs and expectations of our delegates.
