Information Services

We are responsible for all IT services at the University of Portsmouth. We have a wide range of IT services for students including:

a unique username and password that gives access to the University network
a unique email address for each member of staff and student
personal and shared storage space on the University server for work
Student PCs with Internet access available in open access areas and teaching spaces
free access to the University wireless network across the campus
a printing account and access to printers in all open access areas, including state-of-the-art large format and laminating
the Student Portal which provides a personalised view of the University, Internet resources, assessment and course grades, exam timetables and many other useful links
IT advice and help 24/7, with support both on and off campus
