Study Abroad - information for staff

The Exchanges and Study Abroad Team is responsible for monitoring and reporting on a wide range of staff and student transnational mobility, processing claims for staff and student funding under the Erasmus+ and ensuring that this activity adheres to internal and external procedures and regulations for audit purposes. This includes the following:

  • Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreements
  • Erasmus+ student exchange placements (incoming and outgoing)
  • Erasmus+ student work placements (outgoing)
  • Non-Erasmus+ student exchange (incoming and outgoing)
  • Non-Erasmus+ student work placements (outgoing)
  • Erasmus+ staff teaching mobility (outgoing)
  • Erasmus+ staff training mobility (outgoing)

This is done through liaison and cooperation with academic and support staff from all parts of the University.  The following pages have been developed to provide information and guidance to all staff involved with (or interested in becoming involved with Erasmus+ (staff or student mobility), non-Erasmus+ student exchanges and the Study Abroad/JYA programmes.
