No approval is needed from your Dean for this request.
CTU provides central co-ordination for all timetabling issues, end user training, documentation and user support.
Room Bookings
- One-off room bookings can be requested by emailing the generic email address:

Full information about teaching rooms at the University is now available at http://is.port.ac.uk/teachingrooms
This new service provides photographs, details of the equipment available, and booking information for standard University teaching rooms. Staff will also be able to see the specific makes of the equipment in each of the rooms and find links to user guides/help pages and report problems and issues.
