The Serious Incident Action Plan, the Flu Plan and the Meningitis Plan detail what constitutes a serious incident. During an incident, the Serious Incident Management team will be responsible for all communication and will advise relevant staff should assistance in communicating be required. The management team will use the Serious Incident Communications Operational Note which details how each channel can be utilised during a serious incident.
