Communication review results

The Internal Communications team carried out a review earlier this year of staff communication preferences – what you like and what you don’t like about the Staff Essentials website, all staff emails, Communicator magazine and anything else that was on your mind.

Various members of staff attended focus groups or individual interviews, and more than 650 of you answered an online survey, providing your honest views on what works for you.

The pages below summarise the results and what we will do to make improvements where necessary.
