Mentoring for New Academic Staff
Heads of Department are asked to identify a departmental mentor for each new member of academic staff. The mentoring process is intended to support new staff across the range of their professional responsibilities and is particularly important in relation to curriculum design, delivery and assessment.
Arrangements for mentoring are clarified at Department level.
