Leader and Manager as Coach is a new coaching programme which fits with the University’s strategic aim to creating a coaching culture at the University of Portsmouth.

The programme equips Leaders and Managers with additional skills to conduct Performance Development Reviews (PDRs) in an effective and engaging way, work towards a coaching style of management and be empowered to lead staff to achieve institutional goals and support staff in dealing with change.

The next programme is scheduled for the following dates:

• Thursday 14 March 2013
• Wednesday 17 April 2013
• Tuesday 21 May 2013
