DCQE presents an interactive workshop for staff who teach and assess students.

Staff are under increasing pressure to find yet more effective and efficient ways to actively engage students, formatively assess their progress and assess contributions to group work. Peer assessment may offer one way forward. During this workshop participants will consider a range of approaches to peer assessment, discuss potential benefits and disadvantages and how the latter might be addressed, and reflect on ways in which these approaches might be relevant to their own practice.
