This workshop is available for staff who are currently, or shortly will be, managing projects and seeking to understand the fundamentals of good project management.

Delegates will have the opportunity to work through a project management approach which will enable them to utilise a proven framework, identify project objectives, clear success criteria and their role within the project. It will also provide them with the tools and techniques to manage, monitor, control and close projects successfully in the future.
