Starting in January 2012, the Department of Sport and Recreation will be running L.E.A.N., a brand new eight-week exercise and nutrition programme.

L.E.A.N. could be just what you need.

Course dates:

  • Tuesday 17/01/2012 – 06/03/2012 (7.00pm-8.00pm)
  • Friday 20/01/2012 – 09/03/2012 (1.00pm-2.00pm)
