Catered accommodation
The catered accommodation provides a variety of food with up to 14 meals a week included in the cost. Smaller kitchenettes are available for light meals and snack-making and there is also the option to purchase additional meal vouchers.
Shared bathroom facilities
Burrell House
Located next to, and sharing all facilities with, Rees Hall. Accommodates 131 students in single rooms arranged along corridors. All rooms have washbasins.
Facilities
Shared shower rooms and toilets. Kitchens equipped for making light meals and snacks on each floor. Burrell House kitchens are equipped with a microwave oven, cooker, kettle and fridge/freezer. Communal TV lounges on the second and third floors. Laundry facilities located in Rees Hall. All meals are taken in Rees Hall.
Cost
Standard room with 14 meals per week £3,663 for a fixed 37-week occupancy period (£99 per week).
En suite rooms
Rees Hall
Overlooking Southsea Common and the Solent, this hall accommodates 267 residents in en suite rooms arranged along corridors.
Facilities
Two communal TV lounges and laundry facilities on the first floor. Snack-making facilities are available in pantries on each floor and are equipped with a microwave oven, fridge and kettle.
Cost
En suite room with 14 meals per week £4,551 for a fixed 37-week occupancy period (£123 per week).
QEQM Hall (part catered)
330 en suite rooms with kitchenettes for making snacks on each floor. The shared kitchenettes are equipped with cookers or mini ovens, microwave ovens, a kettle and refrigerators/freezers which are shared by all residents of the flat. Flexible catering options are available – additional meals can be purchased, up to a maximum of 12 per week.

En suite room with minimum eight meals per week £3,552 for a fixed 37-week occupancy period (£96 per week).
