Self-catered accommodation
The University offers a range of different types of self-catered accommodation for students.
Shared kitchens in self-catered accommodation are equipped with a cooker, oven hob, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezers which are shared by all residents of the flat.
The individual facilities of each hall are listed under the descriptions that follow.
Shared bathroom facilities
Bateson Hall
Accommodates 281 students in self-contained four-to-six person single-sex flats, with shared kitchen/diner and shower/toilet facilities in each flat.

Standard room £2,960 for a fixed 37-week occupancy period (£80 per week). Large room £3,293 for a fixed 37-week occupancy period (£89 per week).
Trust Hall
62 rooms arranged as flats for eight students, each with a kitchen/diner and two bathrooms.
Facilities
On site communal area, restaurant and computer suite plus laundrette facilities. Please note that this hall is strictly non-smoking.
Cost
Standard room £2,923 for a fixed 37-week occupancy period (£79 per week).
En suite rooms
Harry Law Hall
Accommodates 300 students in en suite rooms arranged along corridors, with eight or nine students to each kitchen/diner.

A laundry is available in hall.

En suite room £3,996 for a fixed 37-week occupancy period (£108 per week).
Margaret Rule Hall
Accommodates 342 students in en suite rooms arranged as flats for three to seven students. There is a kitchen/diner in each flat.

Trafalgar Hall
This hall has two types of accommodation: 288 en suite rooms arranged in flats for six with a kitchen/diner in each flat and 40 studio flats for one student with en suite facilities and a kitchenette, (please note that studio flats do not have freezers). The studio flats are prioritised for postgraduate students.

James Watson Hall
This hall comprises of 688 en suite single study rooms, arranged in flats for four or six students, with a shared kitchen/diner in each flat.

Langstone Flats
192 en suite rooms arranged in flats for eight students, with a kitchen/lounge in each flat.
