From this year, all new students can retrieve their computer account username and password online using the student account query form at www.port.ac.uk/studentaccount from 9.00am on Tuesday 23 August.
Once on the webpage, students will be prompted for their student reference (ID) number and date of birth. The University has advised new students in the www.port.ac.uk/studentaccount and allow the student to retrieve their computer account on their PC or laptop.
Continuing students
Continuing students who have forgotten their password should go to www.port.ac.uk/forgotten-password (this will only work if they have already set up their security questions) otherwise they should contact servicedesk@port.ac.uk or ext. 7777.
