Going Public: apply now for a free place

The Going Public professional development course is funded by Portsmouth City Council and delivered by Cibas through the University of Portsmouth.

The course, delivered in three mornings between November and December, has been devised by Cibas and is aimed at freelance artists and creative practitioners, arts professionals, groups and organisations.

It will offer an invaluable insight into understanding your local authority’s commitment to the arts and community engagement as well as the essential tools and techniques for making successful applications and delivering great projects.

Fees

The fee to attend the three-part course is £200 which includes all course materials and refreshments.

However, there are 15 free places available to Portsmouth and south east Hampshire based artists thanks to the support of Portsmouth City Council’s Arts and Cultural Development Service.
