The Department of Sport and Recreation is running a military style Boot Camp class. A fun but furious class for all levels. Get outside and breathe in the sea air while your instructor puts through your paces. Lift, shift, run, push, jump and sweat your way to fitness.
Every Monday 6.20pm to 7.15pm, meeting at Spinnaker Sports Centre.

I work at the library and interested in the boot camp fitness regime you will be running. When does it start please also how much would it cost.
I wear glasses does that hinder me in any way please.
