If you keep information which identifies people (name, date of birth, age, address, and so on) on your laptop, external drive, USB stick or mobile device, please ask yourself:
- Do I really need to store this information on this device?
- Is the information encrypted?
If you cannot confidently answer YES to both questions, please seek expert advice as soon as possible.
