Calling new generation of LGB leaders

  • Do you consider yourself a leader?
  • Do you want to lead change and inspire others in your future career?
  • Are you 18-25 and lesbian, gay or bisexual?

Applications are now open for the Stonewall Talent Programme 13-14 September 2012. The programme is the only pre-career leadership programme for LGB people. It aims to equip those attending the two-day residential course with the skills and confidence to influence and inspire in whatever career they pursue.

This free two-day course includes meals and accommodation and is open to LGB people aged 18-25 who can demonstrate that they have the potential to be leaders in the workplace. So whatever you plan to be, from a teacher to a lawyer, doctor to social worker, designer or anything else, the Talent Programme will be relevant to you.

Stonewall is Britain’s leading lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) equality charity and the University of Portsmouth is an active partner in Stonewall’s Diversity Champions programme,  a good practice forum for LGB equality issues in the workplace and is the largest and fastest growing diversity forum in the UK.
