Testicular cancer is a relatively rare cancer, with approximately 2,000 new cases diagnosed in the UK each year.
For every 1,000 cancers diagnosed amongst men, approximately 1 per cent are testicular cancer, however it is still the most common form of cancer in men aged between 15 and 44.
It is vital to check yourself once a month as cancers found early are the most easily treated.
