The University will be once again taking part in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, an audit tool to evaluate our workplace for lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) inclusion.
Some 400 organisations regularly take part, including many other universities across the UK. Auditing the University’s inclusion in this area helps to improve inclusion across all equality strands.
A key part of the audit is for Stonewall to gather feedback from University LGB staff themselves, which directly impacts on the final results achieved by the University. The information LGB staff provide will be anonymous and fed directly back to Stonewall.
The survey only takes a couple of minutes to complete and all LGB staff are encouraged to take this opportunity to get involved.
To take part please go to www.stonewall.org.uk/wei2013/survey and type in the three-digit code number below, unique to the University. Three digit code: 672.
The deadline for responses is Friday 14 September 2012.
