From Monday 17 September 2012 the University Sport Centres will be open from 7.00am, giving you the option of having a good workout before coming to work.
If you are thinking about joining a gym, the Department of Sport and Recreation offers you a variety of new membership options to suit your needs, including a staff deduction scheme.
