With the average student saving £525 per year, can you afford not to be getting the same great deals?
The Students’ Union is again offering all University staff members the opportunity to buy a NUS Extra card. For staff already enjoying the benefits of last year’s card, please remember that your card expired in August so you will need to renew it.
There are two ways to get your NUS Extra card:
- Pop in to the Students’ Union shop on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 September with your staff card and the Union will process your card there and then.
- Order online at www.nusextra.co.uk and collect the card from the Students’ Union shop once it’s been dispatched from NUS HQ.
This year there is also the option to get either a two or three-year card as well. Cards are priced £12 for one year, £22 for two years and £32 for three years.
Some of the recently added deals include 20 per cent off at Nando’s, 10 per cent off at Fat Face and 10 per cent off at Portsmouth Cycle Exchange. The Department of Catering is also continuing to support the card by offering a 10 per cent discount on all purchases in any of their cafes.
