More Pilates beginner’s course dates now available

Join a Pilates course at the Department of Sport and Recreation. Pilates is a challenging way to condition your body for all over strength.

Four-week beginner’s course

  • Every Tuesday starting on 2 October until 30 October (no class on 23) from 12.00 noon – 1.00pm.

Prices

  • Member: £17.50
  • Non member:  £30.00
