Pilates tasters and courses

The Department of Sport and Recreation are running new pilates taster sessions and courses in the new year.

Free pilates taster sessions:

Tuesday 8 January
12pm Beginners
1pm Intermediate

Wednesday 9 January
1pm Improver/Intermediate

New five-week pilates courses:

Starting week beginning 14 January 2013

Tuesday
12pm Beginner/improver
1pm Intermediate

Wednesday
1pm Improver/intermediate
