The nominations period for the Sabbatical Officer Elections 2013 is now open. Could you lead the Union and represent the views of over 22,000 students? Are you an amazing person who can do an amazing job?
We are looking to elect five students into full-time paid positions at the Union, each with a salary of £18,361 a year.
All you have to do is nominate yourself, get students to sign your form and campaign to get loads of people to vote for you.
Any student can nominate themselves to stand for any of these positions. You don’t even have to be graduating this year – you can take a break from your studies and still do the job.
The deadline for submissions is midday on Monday 18 February with the announcement of the winning candidates being made on 15 March 2013.
Other info:
- If successful you will be employed from 18 June 2013 to 30 June 2014. Your term of office runs from 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014.
- Hours of work are 35 per week with core hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
- Dress Code – None – you can even wear flip flops!
- You get 30 days holiday to take during the year.
