Sport and Recreation fitness classes

Please note the following changes to the class programme from Monday 11 February 2013.

Mondays

5.30pm – Body Blast will become Cardio Tone (45 mins)
6.30pm – Studio 1 Funky Step will become Body Blast (45 mins)

Tuesdays

6.30pm – Will be Bokwa level one/two, participants will need to have attended level one for six weeks before attending (45mins)

Wednesdays

5.00pm – Aerobics will become Bokwa level one (45 mins)

  1. Hello. Have Body Balance (mix of pilates, yoga and tai chi) classes been considered? The pilates classes are always very well attended and having been to Body Balance classes elsewhere I think they would be very popular.

    Thank you for your feedback. We currently have Yogalates on Fridays at 1:00pm which is a mixture of Pilates and Yoga. I will forward your feedback on to our studio coordinators.

  4. I wonder if more yoga classes could be scheduled towards the end of the day- as a member of staff I teach when the one class runs and I know of others who would love to attend ; or if there could be more than one class?

    Thank you for your comment.

    At present we don’t have studio availability or an instructor available to put on an evening yoga class.

    This is something we will consider when we look at the summer Vacation class programme
