From Friday 29 March – Tuesday 2 April, all sports facilities closed (Good Friday and Easter Monday).

All sports facilities will be closed on weekends from 6 April 2013 – 22 April 2013.

  • 6.30pm – 7.15pm Body blast

Tuesday 2, 9 and 16 April 2013

  • 12.00pm – 1.00pm Pilates beginners course
  • 12.30pm – 1.15pm Circuits
  • 1.00pm – 2.00pm Pilates intermediate course
  • 5.30pm – 6.25pm Ex cyc
  • 6.15pm – 7.05pm Bokwa
  • 7.05pm – 7.50pm Boxfit

Wednesday 3, 10 and 17 April 2013

  • 12.00pm – 12.30pm Hot cycling
  • 1.00pm – 1.45pm Core conditioning
