Hi Heather

Thanks for the feedback. I think the issue is that when you click on an email link your settings are still trying to use GroupWise to create an email. In the post migration check-list there are brief instructions on setting up a utility called Affixa to set Google Mail as the default. The instructions are in Appendix A:

https://docs.google.com/a/port.ac.uk/file/d/0B1pIiaWio2nMejY0cXdPWkQ4RFk/edit

As for the old E-Guide and Staff Directory, there is currently work going on to replace them with a Google solution. As soon as this is ready we will change the links on IT Help.

If you have any problems please feel free to contact me.

Thanks,
Adrian

I would like to know when the 'Staff Directory' will actually link to Google and not Groupwise ! since this article was posted this week, it seems v odd that the 'help' pages contain links which still link to Groupwise, as does Novell, which is still available. This is especially confusing for new staff.
