If you are a member of a University sports club then celebrate the successes of the sporting year at this year’s AU Dinner, taking place at the Royal Maritime Club (Queen Street, PO1 3HS) on Saturday 27 April 2013.
Arrival is from 6.00pm and tickets are £39. This includes a three-course meal with coffee, plus an after party. The details of the meal are:
Starter:
Crepe filled with Mediterranean vegetables in tomato sauce gratinated with mozzarella cheese
Main course:
Turkey escalope with chestnut and sausage meat stuffing ball, chipolata bacon roll and gravy
Butternut squash stuffed with cannellini beans, mozzarella cheese, peppers and tomatoes topped with pumpkin and sunflower seed crumb (Vegetarian)
*Both will be served with roast potatoes, new potatoes, carrots and green beans
Dessert:
Hot deep dish apple pie served with traditional custard
