You can join in with most for a few rides before joining to see if you like it and all have a wealth of experience they can pass on in terms of bike maintenance, positions, technique etc. For anyone competitive, all through Summer there is track racing at the cycle track at the Mountbatten Centre in Alexandra Park on Wednesday evenings - come and see what it's about from 6pm, free to watch - you may even see Olympic Gold Medallist Dani King there!
